Marcelle Hanselaar



オランダのロッテルダム生まれ、ロンドン在住。
奇妙なお面を付けた人物たちが登場する、性的な匂いの強いバナキュラーな作風から、南米のアーティストじゃないかと思っていたのだが、今回も見事にはずれた。

there is more to marcelle Hanselaar's work then sexual innuendo, never heard of Dutch genre painting/ of suggesting the untranslatable in pictures?
